1, Hair products unopened, unused, and in original packaging
2, Wrong item received
3, Damaged item (must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with

- Hair extensions
- Braiding hair
- Hair growth oils
- Skincare or body products
- Any opened or used product
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for wrong item received or damaged item.
